From smallest to largest, the products come in itty bitty, OG, and (+). We recommend that you choose your size based on the desired amount of coverage. Overall, OG is the most versatile size and fits most. If you are 38E or larger and want a standard amount of coverage, we recommend NIPCOMFORT (+). If you are a 32A or smaller and want a standard amount of coverage, we recommend NIPCOMFORT itty bitty.

the triangle covers that were sent were too small for my C cup size, they wouldn't stick to my skin so there was no lifting or coverage. The other round cups do not stick to my skin, however when worn with a bra they do cover.
